Refund policy

At Deadline Archery, each custom metal sight tape is made specifically for your order. Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed.

Damaged During Shipping

A refund or replacement may be available only if your sight tape arrives damaged as a result of shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact Deadline Archery as soon as possible after delivery and provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the damage
• Clear photos of the damaged sight tape
• Photos of the shipping packaging, if applicable

Once the damage has been reviewed and confirmed, Deadline Archery will determine whether a replacement or refund will be issued.

Custom Order Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing the correct information and files required to produce their custom sight tape. Deadline Archery is not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect, inaccurate, or improperly submitted customer information or files.
